Refund Eligibility

  • Online Sessions: Refunds For Online Sessions With Coaches And Doctors Are Eligible If The Session Has Not Been Conducted Or Scheduled.

  • Payment Errors: If You Have Been Charged In Error Or Have Encountered A Payment Issue, Please Contact Us At Query@Arizesprings.Com For Assistance.

Refund Process

To Request A Refund, Please Send An Email To Query@Arizesprings.Com With The Following Information:

  • Your Name

  • Order Number

  • Reason For The Refund Request

  • Time Of Payment

Refund Charges

  • Refund Requests Made Within 3 Hours From The Time Of Payment Will Incur A Refund Fee Of 35%.

  • Refund Requests Made After 3 Hours From The Time Of Payment Will Incur A Refund Fee Of 45%.

Refund Approval

Once Your Refund Request Is Received And Reviewed, We Will Notify You Of The Approval Or Rejection Of Your Refund. If Approved, Your Refund Will Be Processed Within 7 Working Days, And A Credit Will Automatically Be Applied To Your Original Method Of Payment.

  • Completed Sessions Or Services That Have Been Provided

  • Partially Used Services Or Sessions

  • Products Or Services Purchased During A Promotional Period
